Barista Courses

People always used to ask, how do you pour that leaf thingy on top of the coffee. I would tell them that if they wanted to learn how to pour they would need to learn first about a good extarction, and how to texture milk correctly, as it is the whole complete concept that is needed to understand the garnish, which is the latte art on top. From here, I ended up devising a course around customers most commonly asked questions! Now, the course has been running consistently for over 6 years doing one on one barista courses.

Barista Seminar

It wasn't long when people asked me if thier friends could join in to do group courses, which i now do. But i decided to do one better! I devised a coffee seminar that would be completely different than the one on one barista  techniques courses I decided to create a coffee seminar that would teach people more about the behind the scenes stuff that goes on such as how and where coffee is grown and cultivated and its processes to exract the beans from the cherry etc. We look at the process for decaf coffee, fair trade and organic coffees so people could learn about the complete process from cultivation to cup! This course is designed for aspiring baristas, the beginner or the coffee connoiseur or enthusiast.
